'We understand AI best.

We should take the lead in setting the rules.'

also said America should take the lead,

and everyone else should follow.

But the European countries didn't quite agree.

France said:

'AI can't only listen to America.

We in Europe want our own voice too.

We can't just follow whatever you say.'

America wants to lead.

Europe wants a say of its own too.
