His name is Trump.
Trump is the president of America.
The president is the very, very big person in America.
Right now, Trump has a red hat.
On the hat are a few words: Trump 2028.
Trump says: when 2028 comes, I still want to be president.
But in America, there's a rule everyone has to follow.
The rule is: one person can be president only two times.
Trump has already been president two times.
After two times, you can't do it again.
In 2028, Trump can't be president again.
But Trump keeps talking about 2028.
Sometimes he says: I'm joking.
Sometimes he seems like he really wants to.
