One day, Lu Xixiao fell ill.

Lu Xixiao was very happy.
He thought: she is very good to me.
At this time, Zhou Wan's mother came.
Her mother gave Zhou Wan some money.
Her mother wanted Lu Xixiao to go far away.
She wanted Lu Xixiao to leave.
If Lu Xixiao left, her mother would give Zhou Wan more money.
But Zhou Wan didn't want Lu Xixiao to go.
Lu Xixiao loved to paint.
He painted many paintings.
But he couldn't paint well.
He didn't know what to paint either.
Later, Lu Xixiao watched Zhou Wan every day.
When he looked at Zhou Wan, he was happy.
One day, he understood.
The person he wanted to paint was Zhou Wan.
With Zhou Wan there, he wanted to paint.
Lu Xixiao liked Zhou Wan more and more.
Zhou Wan liked Lu Xixiao more and more too.
Together, they were both happy.
But in Zhou Wan's heart there was her mother's money.

She liked Lu Xixiao very much.
But her heart was heavy too.
Day by day she liked him more.
And day by day it grew harder.
