Lots of people love football.

I love football too.

Do you love football?

England love football too.

Lots and lots of people know England.

Many people love England too.

England's football is very, very good.

Everyone wants to watch England.

Right now, England are in America.

They're in America, playing football.

Many people want to watch England play football.

Everyone is very happy.

Everyone says: I want to watch England.

England's people all really want to play football well.

They're all playing football.

They want to play football well in America.

The people who came to America to watch football — there are so many.

They all want to watch England.

They all love England.

England came, and everyone is very happy.

Many people say: England are very good.

Everyone wants to watch England play football.

Everyone is talking about England.

Everyone is happy, and everyone wants to watch football.

England, too, really want to play well in America.

They all love football, and they really want to play well.

But one day, something happened to England.

This thing wasn't good.

England's things were stolen.

"Stolen" means someone took your things.

Yes, their things were stolen by someone.

What things were stolen?

There were balls, boots, and many other things.

These things are all what England need to play football.

These things were in a vehicle.

England had to go from one place to another place.

They used a vehicle to take these things along together.

The vehicle drove a very, very long way.

But after they arrived, they opened the vehicle.

They found that a lot of things were missing.

The things were stolen.

Everyone was shocked.

Famous players' boots were stolen too.

For example, Harry Kane's boots.

Kane is a very famous England player.

He plays football really well.

But this time, his boots were gone too.

There's another player, named Jude Bellingham.

Bellingham is also very famous, and plays really well.

His boots were stolen too.

Hearing this, many people were very angry.

And many people felt it was so strange.

They say afterward England had only one ball.

A team that big, with only one ball.

One ball — that's really too few.

How can they practice well?

Later, the police came.

"Police" are the people who help us catch bad people.

The police started looking for these things.

The police also made arrests.

Someone was caught by the police.

Everyone wants to know who stole them.

Some say it might be the drivers.

Because they were the ones carrying these things.

But this still has to wait for the police to say.

So what will England do?

They still have to play football.

England say: it's okay.

They say this won't be too big a problem.

They'll still play football well.

England's first match is on June 17.

That day, they play Croatia.

Croatia are also a very strong team.

So England still have to prepare well.

Losing things is, of course, not good.

But the match still has to be played.

Actually, this is a very unusual thing.

At the World Cup, everyone usually talks about football.

Who won, who lost, who scored.

But this time, everyone is talking about England losing things.

A team's things being stolen is really rare.

So many people are watching this.

The police say they will definitely look hard.

Right now, the police are still searching and still asking.

Some things, they say, have already been found.

But many things still haven't been found.

We hope England can get their things back soon.

And we hope their later matches go well.

Alright, that's all for today.

Thanks for listening — see you next time.
