Today, let's talk about two women writers.
They both love to write books.
They've written many, many books.
Lots of people read their books.
The two of them are both very famous.
One is called Jia Qianqian.
One is called Jiang Fangzhou.
When Jiang Fangzhou was very young, she wrote a book.
Back then, she was still a little kid.
Everyone liked her a lot.
People said: she's a real genius.
As for Jia Qianqian, her father is also a famous writer.
Her father wrote many famous books.
So the two of them are both very famous.
The two of them are both at universities.
They are both university teachers.
They both also wrote academic papers.
An academic paper is a very, very long thing.
At a university, writing good papers brings you fame.
But their papers had a big problem.
Someone read their papers.
This person said: the papers have a big problem.
Their papers were copied.
To copy means: you write someone else's stuff.
You write someone else's stuff and call it your own.
A good writer doesn't copy others.
A good teacher doesn't copy others either.
But they copied.
This is very bad, and very wrong.
Many people said: it's wrong.
Now, the two universities have both spoken.
The universities said: their papers have a problem.
The universities said: they can't be teachers anymore.
Some of what they had, the universities took back too.
One was on the 13th, one on the 15th.
Two famous writers both had a big problem.
Many people are talking about it.
Some say: they have fathers, money, and connections.
But if you did wrong, you did wrong.
And many people say: this is good, this is right.
No matter who you are, you can't copy.
No matter how famous you are, you can't copy.
