On the afternoon of July 27th, something went wrong.
很多人一看手机，上面写着"SOS"，没有信号。
Many people looked at their phones and saw "SOS" on the screen — no signal.
不能打电话，不能发短信，也不能上网。
No calls, no texts, no internet.
