Today we're talking about a World Cup match.

It's Canada versus Bosnia.

Bosnia's full name is long, so we'll just call it Bosnia.

The final score was one to one.

Each team took one point.

This match was in Toronto, Canada.

Canada is one of the hosts of this World Cup.

This World Cup is hosted by three countries together.

Canada, the United States, and Mexico.

So playing at home, Canada really wanted to win.

The stadium was packed with people.

Many wore red and cheered for Canada.

For Canada, this was a very special day.

When the match began, both teams played fast.

Back and forth, neither giving an inch.

Both teams wanted to score first.

After about twenty minutes, Bosnia scored first.

The scorer is named Lukic.

He seized a chance and kicked the ball into the net.

Bosnia's players were thrilled.

Now it was one to zero, Bosnia ahead.

Canada hadn't scored, and got a little anxious.

They wanted to equalize right away.

But the first half just passed like that.

The score was still one to zero.

At the break the two teams rested a while.

In the second half, Canada became more aggressive.

They kept pushing forward, trying to claw the score back.

The coach brought on more attacking players.

Canada shot many times.

Some shots were too high, some were blocked by Bosnia.

Bosnia's goalkeeper also made several saves.

Time ticked by, and the ball still wouldn't go in.

The fans were all very tense.

At the seventy-eighth minute, the chance finally came.

Canada's Larin got hold of a ball.

He struck hard in front of goal, and it went in!

The score became one to one.

The whole stadium erupted.

Everyone stood up and applauded him.

Canada had finally drawn level.

There wasn't much time left.

Both teams wanted one more goal, to grab three points.

Canada pushed forward, Bosnia looked to counter.

But right to the end, neither side scored again.

The final score stayed one to one.

For Canada, this result wasn't too good, nor too bad.

They're the host, and really wanted to win at home.

But coming back after falling behind isn't easy either.

Getting a point, not losing first, is a decent start.

For Bosnia, they scored first and played well too.

They had a chance to win, but took only a point — a slight shame.

Still, the World Cup has just begun, with chances aplenty.

Speaking of Canada, they have several famous players.

Like Davies, who plays for a big European club and is very fast.

The squad has other good players who can score too.

Larin, who scored today, is a veteran of the team.

With these players, Canada still has real hope.

They couldn't win today, but they didn't play badly.

Bosnia doesn't get many chances at the World Cup.

To stand on a stage this big, they fought hard too.

That goal by Lukic was beautifully taken.

They also want to go further in the group.

A one to one looks rather ordinary.

But for both teams, this point didn't come easily.

Canada came back from behind and didn't give up.

Bosnia, facing the host, held onto a point.

Both teams can learn something from this game.

In this group, every team is strong.

Sometimes a single point matters a lot.

Both teams still have to play other opponents next.

This point is useful to them both.

The World Cup is like this — every point must be fought for.

That's the story of Canada and Bosnia.
