所以，越来越多的人，开始给自己打肽。

可是，医生和专家，一直在提醒大家：要小心。

But doctors and experts keep urging caution.

问题主要有两个。

There are two main concerns.

第一个问题是：这些肽，有没有用，我们还不清楚。

The first is: whether these peptides even work is still unclear.

很多肽，只在小动物身上做过实验。

Many peptides have only been tested on small animals.

在人的身上，差不多没有做过。

On humans, there's been almost no testing.

也就是说，很多人是拿自己的身体，在做试验。

第二个问题，更让人担心，那就是安全。

结果发现，差不多有四成，要么剂量不对，要么里面有没写出来的东西。
