It's fun.
但是有一个问题。

有的人看手机看太多了。

They don't want to put down their phone.

This is called "addiction."
上瘾就是你想停，但是停不了。
Addiction means you want to stop, but you can't.
小红是一个女孩子。
Xiao Hong is a girl.
她今年二十岁。
She is twenty years old this year.
她从小就看手机。
She has been looking at phones since she was little.
六岁就开始看视频了。
She started watching videos at age six.

Very young.
九岁开始用一个叫Instagram的软件。
At nine she started using a software called Instagram.

Instagram is a place to look at photos.

Xiao Hong really liked getting likes.

Those photos had "filters."

Filters are things that make photos look prettier.
但是滤镜不是真的。
But filters aren't real.

Xiao Hong didn't know this.

She felt she wasn't good enough.

She was very sad.

Depression means your heart is always unhappy.

They made the phone too fun.

The more you watch, the more money they make.
所以小红去了法院。
So Xiao Hong went to court.

What is a court?

A court is a place where people decide who is right.
如果有人做了坏事，你可以去法院。
If someone did something bad, you can go to court.

The court will say who is right and who is wrong.
