Ctrip: The Boss Says You Can Take 45 Days Off

But you can't have too many days off.

Because you have to work to earn money.
如果你不上班，你没有钱。
If you don't work, you have no money.

理由就是"为什么"。
A reason is the "why."

无理由就是不需要理由。
