"忙脑"是什么?What is "busy brain"?
"忙"就是事情多。"Busy" means having many things.
"脑"就是脑袋,就是我们想问题的地方。"Brain" is your head — where we think.
现在很多人,脑子里太忙了,关不上。many people today have brains that are too busy. They won't turn off.
这种情况不是真的病,但是也不正常。This state isn't really a disease, but it isn't healthy either.
她发现:这些人有三种问题。She found: these people have three problems.
第一种,做事不专心。First, they can't focus.
你在做一件事,但是脑子里想着别的事。You're doing one thing, but your brain is thinking about something else.
比如你在工作,脑子里想着晚上吃什么。For example, you're working but your brain is thinking about what to eat tonight.
这种情况有点像 ADHD。This is a bit like ADHD.
ADHD 是一种病,是注意力的问题。ADHD is a real condition — an attention problem.
但是这些人没有真的 ADHD,只有一点点,不严重。But these people don't actually have ADHD. Only a little bit. Not severe.
第二种,总是担心。Second, they always worry.
担心工作,担心钱,担心家里,担心未来。Worry about work, worry about money, worry about home, worry about the future.
这种情况有点像焦虑症。This is a bit like an anxiety disorder.
焦虑症也是一种病。An anxiety disorder is also a real condition.
但是他们也没有真的焦虑症,只是有一点。But they don't actually have anxiety disorder either. Just a little.
第三种,晚上睡不好。Third, they don't sleep well at night.

第三四个星期:Weeks three and four:
