无论……，都……
Reach for 无论...都... when you want to say 'no matter what / who / how / when, the result is the same.' 'No matter how late it is, he replies.' 'No matter what you say, I won't go.' The 无论 clause names a variable that could go any way, and 都 locks in a single outcome that holds across all those possibilities. This is the standard formal pattern for sweeping, exception-free statements.

How to Think About It
The 无论 clause must contain a real range of possibilities — a question word (什么, 谁, 怎么, 多少, 哪儿), an A-or-B choice, or a 'or not' frame (是不是). Without that variable, there's nothing to override. The 都 in the second clause is non-negotiable: it's the 'across the board' marker that says 'I'm bundling every option in that range into one outcome.' Drop 都 and the sentence loses its force.

Spoken cousin with the same meaning. 不管 is everyday speech; 无论 is formal/written. Same structure, just different register.

即使 introduces one specific extreme hypothetical ('even if it rains'); 无论 covers ALL possibilities in a range. Pick 即使 for a single concession, 无论 for an exhaustive sweep.
无论如何
Fixed phrase meaning 'in any case' / 'no matter what' used on its own without a paired clause: '无论如何, 我要去' (I'm going no matter what). Don't confuse with the structural 无论...都... pattern.
