What does ……基础,……就不基础 mean?
……基础,……就不基础 (… jī chǔ, … jiù bù jī chǔ) means they call it basic, it is not basic in internet Chinese slang. A rhythmic template mocking how hard a supposedly "basic" thing actually is — the entry-level bar is anything but entry-level. Literally, it means "… basic, … then not basic".
