浓人 (nóng rén) means an intense, high-energy person in gen-z Chinese slang. An intense, expressive, high-energy person whose feelings are always visible. A vibe label, not a personality diagnosis. Literally, it means "concentrated person".

Where 浓人 comes from
Coined as a pair with 淡人 in 2024 and still circulating: 浓 ("thick, concentrated") versus 淡 ("weak, diluted"), borrowed from describing tea or flavour. A softer, homegrown alternative to MBTI labels.
