What does 听劝 mean?
听劝 (tīng quàn) means open to advice / takes feedback in internet Chinese slang. Willing to actually take strangers' advice. Used both as a request ("听劝" = tell me honestly) and as praise for a creator who changed something after comments. Literally, it means "listen to advice".

Where 听劝 comes from
On Xiaohongshu it is close to a genre: put 听劝 on the cover of your post and you are formally inviting strangers to tell you the truth about your hair, your outfit, your flat. Chinese users turned out to be good enough at it that foreigners started arriving to ask for the same treatment.
