What does 包的 mean?
包的 (bāo de) means for sure / I got you in internet Chinese slang. A confident, slightly playful promise that something is handled — "for sure", "I got you". Often doubled as 包的包的 for extra swagger. Literally, it means "wrapped/guaranteed".

Where 包的 comes from
From 包 ("to guarantee", as in 包你满意 "guaranteed to satisfy you"), clipped to a two-syllable reply in livestream and group chat. The short form spread on Douyin and Bilibili comments where a full sentence is too slow.
