What does 不语,只是一味地…… mean?
不语,只是一味地…… (bù yǔ, zhǐ shì yí wèi de …) means says nothing, just keeps … in internet Chinese slang. A mock-literary template for compulsive behaviour: "says nothing, just keeps doing X". The formal tone against a trivial action is the joke. Literally, it means "says nothing, only single-mindedly …".

Where 不语,只是一味地…… comes from
Written in a classical-novel register borrowed from wuxia and period fiction. Applying that gravity to scrolling or snacking is what makes the template funny.

Darkly comic relief: the waiting is over, and the news is bad. The anxiety ends not because things worked out but because they definitively did not.
