What does 蒜鸟 mean?
蒜鸟 (suàn niǎo) means forget it / never mind in everyday Chinese slang. A deliberately cute way to say 算了 ("forget it, let it go"). The nonsense literal meaning is the whole joke. Literally, it means "garlic bird".

Where 蒜鸟 comes from
A dialect-flavoured pronunciation of 算了 written with the characters for "garlic" and "bird". Wuhan-accented speech made it viral, and the absurd characters kept it alive.
Related slang
A Henan-flavoured "I can't take it / I'm done", used for comic overwhelm. Keep the regional flavour in mind — it is dialect cosplay, not standard Mandarin.
