What does 俺不中嘞 mean?
俺不中嘞 (ǎn bù zhòng le) means I can't take it in everyday Chinese slang. A Henan-flavoured "I can't take it / I'm done", used for comic overwhelm. Keep the regional flavour in mind — it is dialect cosplay, not standard Mandarin. Literally, it means "I'm not okay".

Where 俺不中嘞 comes from
Uses Henan dialect forms: 俺 for "I" and 中 for "okay/works". Non-Henan speakers use it as playful dialect cosplay, so it reads as a joke rather than as neutral Mandarin.
