What does 已老实，求放过 mean?
已老实，求放过 (yǐ lǎo shi, qiú fàng guò) means I have learned my lesson, please stop in internet Chinese slang. Comic surrender after a shock or an ordeal — "I have behaved, please spare me". Said when you have learned your lesson the hard way. Literally, it means "already obedient, beg to be let go".

Where 已老实，求放过 comes from
Phrased like a captive begging for mercy, which is why it fits challenge videos and dares. The mock-submissive register does the comedy.
