对...的需求

Common Mistake
Learners try to use 需求 like an English verb ('we demand more talent') and produce 我们需求更多人才, which is ungrammatical. 需求 is almost always a noun in Chinese. To express the verb 'demand,' use 需要 or 要求. Use 对...的需求 only when you want the noun form.

需要 is the everyday verb 'to need.' 我需要帮助 = I need help. Use 对...的需求 only when you need a noun phrase — 'the demand for talent' rather than 'I need talent.'
对...感兴趣
Same 对 + target construction, but expresses interest, not demand. 对中文感兴趣 = interested in Chinese. The 对 pattern is productive — many feelings and attitudes attach this way.
对...的要求
要求 = requirements/standards (what you demand someone meet). 需求 = demand/need (what is wanted). 对员工的要求 = standards for employees; 对员工的需求 = demand for employees.
