将 + Object + 拉回 + Place/State
Reach for this when you want to say in formal Chinese that something or someone is being pulled BACK into a place, focus, or condition — most often 'back into the public eye,' 'back into the conversation,' 'back into our line of sight.' 将 is the formal twin of 把; 拉回 is the action 'pull back'; the slot after it names where the object is being returned to. You'll see this in news leads, editorials, and analytical writing.
Structure
[SUBJECT] 将 [OBJECT] 拉回 [PLACE / STATE]
jiāng [OBJECT] lā huí [PLACE/STATE]
How to Think About It
Think of 拉回 as a hand reaching out and dragging something back from where it had drifted off. The 将 in front signals a formal register; swap 将 for 把 and you have everyday speech. The trick is the second slot — it usually names a metaphorical destination (公众视野, 大众讨论, 焦点, 议程) rather than a physical place. If your destination is a real location, the more natural verb is 带回 or 送回.

Common Mistake
Learners use 拉回 with a bare object and no destination, copying English 'pull back something.' Chinese requires the destination slot — 拉回 + place/state — otherwise the sentence feels incomplete.

Don't Confuse With
把 + Object + 拉回 + Place
Identical grammar, casual register. Use 把 in speech and informal writing; use 将 in news, essays, and reports.
重新引起关注
A higher-level paraphrase: 'attract attention again.' Use it when you don't want the pull-back metaphor and you don't need a stated destination.
让...重新进入视野
'Cause something to re-enter view.' Same idea, different framing — 让 is causative and avoids the disposal-verb construction. Useful when the subject is abstract.
