How to Think About It
随着 frames a trend that is already underway and gathering momentum; 势必 then projects a single outcome that the speaker treats as locked in. The combo is more confident than 随着…会…… — it says 'this will happen, full stop.' Both halves are required: 随着 alone reports a trend, 势必 alone makes a prediction; together they pair the cause and the certainty.

Common Mistake
Learners hedge the conclusion with 可能 or 也许 after 势必, which contradicts the word's meaning. 势必 already means 'inevitably' — adding 'maybe' breaks the tone.
